Scholes (Elmet) Primary is a ‘one and a half form entry’ school. This means we take up to 45 pupils each year. Classes are limited to a maximum of 30 children in Reception, Year 1 and 2 (like all schools), and classes in Years 3 to 6 are usually around this size, too.

The spellings for the next two weeks continue to be common exception words – words that don’t follow the usual spellings rules or are an exception in some way.
