Scholes (Elmet) Primary is a ‘one and a half form entry’ school. This means we take up to 45 pupils each year. Classes are limited to a maximum of 30 children in Reception, Year 1 and 2 (like all schools), and classes in Years 3 to 6 are usually around this size, too.

In DT this half term, we’re designing and making our own go-kart prototypes using a resource called TechCard.
To get familiar with the resource, we enjoyed using some spare pieces to practise skills like folding and scoring.
