Scholes (Elmet) Primary is a ‘one and a half form entry’ school. This means we take up to 45 pupils each year. Classes are limited to a maximum of 30 children in Reception, Year 1 and 2 (like all schools), and classes in Years 3 to 6 are usually around this size, too.

Skipping School have visited again today. Jodi ran two sessions this morning for the year 2 children to prepare for an upcoming competition. The whole school are still enjoying skipping and we have some more ropes for sale in the office.
The Year 1 children were also working on their skipping skills, counting how many skips they could do and recording it on the 100 square outside.
