Scholes (Elmet) Primary is a ‘one and a half form entry’ school. This means we take up to 45 pupils each year. Classes are limited to a maximum of 30 children in Reception, Year 1 and 2 (like all schools), and classes in Years 3 to 6 are usually around this size, too.

We watched the number 1 block video. We then went on a hunt for the numeral 1 in the classroom.
After that, we found 1 object in the classroom.
