During this half term’s topic, we have been looking at optical art by Bridget Riley. She has inspired us to create our own pieces of optical art using straight lines.

Scholes (Elmet) Primary is a ‘one and a half form entry’ school. This means we take up to 45 pupils each year. Classes are limited to a maximum of 30 children in Reception, Year 1 and 2 (like all schools), and classes in Years 3 to 6 are usually around this size, too.
