Scholes (Elmet) Primary is a ‘one and a half form entry’ school. This means we take up to 45 pupils each year. Classes are limited to a maximum of 30 children in Reception, Year 1 and 2 (like all schools), and classes in Years 3 to 6 are usually around this size, too.

We enjoyed an online meeting with Michael Rosen today. The children were absolutely enchanted by him reading poems and telling stories. Listen to more of his work here. (This is a YouTube link.
