Scholes (Elmet) Primary is a ‘one and a half form entry’ school. This means we take up to 45 pupils each year. Classes are limited to a maximum of 30 children in Reception, Year 1 and 2 (like all schools), and classes in Years 3 to 6 are usually around this size, too.

This page is for our children - advice to help you to stay safe and be a happy and healthy person.
We have enjoyed the sunshine so much this weekend that we were inspired to make our own in craft club. First we cut out a sunshine shape. Next we put splodges of red, range and yellow paint onto our sun.
We used a straw to blow the paint around which created a lovely marble effect.
Finally we dabbed the excess paint with a tissue and hung them up to dry.
