Scholes (Elmet) Primary is a ‘one and a half form entry’ school. This means we take up to 45 pupils each year. Classes are limited to a maximum of 30 children in Reception, Year 1 and 2 (like all schools), and classes in Years 3 to 6 are usually around this size, too.

Some Year 2 children visited the Elmete Elderberries at St Phillip’s Church today. It was lovely to see the older and younger generations of our village making connections and enjoying each other’s company. The highlight for the children was being serenaded out by the brass band.
