Scholes (Elmet) Primary is a ‘one and a half form entry’ school. This means we take up to 45 pupils each year. Classes are limited to a maximum of 30 children in Reception, Year 1 and 2 (like all schools), and classes in Years 3 to 6 are usually around this size, too.

We’ve had a busy week learning all about how to stay safe. We’ve learned about saying safe online, at home, near the roads, near water, in the sun and out in the community. Buddy, from the NSPCC, taught us to ‘Speak out, stay safe.’
