Scholes (Elmet) Primary is a ‘one and a half form entry’ school. This means we take up to 45 pupils each year. Classes are limited to a maximum of 30 children in Reception, Year 1 and 2 (like all schools), and classes in Years 3 to 6 are usually around this size, too.

We’re working really hard learning our maths facts. You can support your child at home by helping your child to learn these facts ‘by heart’. Creating a little quiz, testing each other or using a timer to increase recall at speed can make this fun too.
