This half term, all classes in year 1 and 2 will be focusing on gymnastics in PE lessons. We will be doing some work on mats also the large apparatus. We will be thinking about low and high movements, balancing, flight and sequencing movements.

Scholes (Elmet) Primary is a ‘one and a half form entry’ school. This means we take up to 45 pupils each year. Classes are limited to a maximum of 30 children in Reception, Year 1 and 2 (like all schools), and classes in Years 3 to 6 are usually around this size, too.
