Today, we’ve celebrated World Book Day. The children have dressed as a character from their favourite book – the costumes are fabulous! Well done, everyone.
We’ve celebrated reading by:
– sharing our favourite books
– listening to the class novel
– listening to stories and extracts read by different members of staff in assembly
– taking part in the BBC Live Assembly
– reading and sharing books with KS1 children
– completing a range of reading-based activities
