Scholes (Elmet) Primary is a ‘one and a half form entry’ school. This means we take up to 45 pupils each year. Classes are limited to a maximum of 30 children in Reception, Year 1 and 2 (like all schools), and classes in Years 3 to 6 are usually around this size, too.

Last week, some of our Y4s took part at a skipping festival in Leeds against 5 other schools!
The children represented our school magnificently and had a great afternoon. Lots of medals were won and lots of children showed resilience by overcoming fears of skipping in front of hundreds of people, too!
